TGI CYCLING

TGI Cycling, the US OEM partner of BikeLab Inc., is the American chapter of a decade-long collaboration between two passionate mountain bikers. Their shared obsession has led them to meticulously refine frames, meticulously adjust geometry, and relentlessly pursue the ride feel that no catalog part can replicate. TGI Cycling embodies this decade of shared passion, where every frame engineered by the very people whose names grace it is built for riders who can truly appreciate the difference.

We build high-performance electric mountain bikes (eMTBs) and traditional mountain bikes (MTBs) around two platforms, the Paratu CP and the Iuhu CP. Each frame is a carbon monocoque, laid up by hand with T700/T800 aerospace fiber and held to tolerances measured in thousandths of a degree. The Paratu CP eMTB is powered by the Maxon BIKEDRIVE AIR S, the lightest full-power mid-drive motor on the market at just 2 kg; the same Swiss precision that has driven NASA Mars rovers since 1997. The result is a bike that rides like a real mountain bike: no rubber-band pedal lag, no artificial surging, no compromise.

Our bikes are designed for riders who appreciate the difference between standard and high-performance bikes. We cater to enduro racers, backcountry explorers, and lifelong cyclists who refuse to compromise on the geometry of their bikes. Beyond the bikes, TGI Cycling is developing a Biomechanic Lab that utilizes motion-capture and data-driven calibration to provide precise bike fitting. Additionally, we publish in-depth technical white papers to assist riders in making informed decisions when choosing between eMTB and MTB bikes.
